CLT tailored its incubation planning tool to support digital ventures and delivered a two-day intensive accelerator workshop. The workshop combined a number of learning techniques including theory-based teaching, shared learning and facilitated action sessions. CLT’s proprietary incubation planning tool was used to identify where companies were in their commercialisation journey and where incubation support would be most valuable. Modules covered during the workshop include: Market positioning Business development & sales Strategy & business planning Product & technology Supply chain & operations Team Fund raising CLT associates supported participants in completing strategic action plans after each module to prioritise the highest-value areas of focus to rapidly accelerate commercial growth.
